Andre Chieffi

Andre Chieffi works at P&G’s Newcatle Innovation Centre (UK), where he leads the global formulation strategy for powder detergents. Before joining P&G in 2002, he studied chemistry (BsC and PhD) at Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil) and University of Waterloo (Canada) and did his postdoc at MIT (US). At P&G, Andre worked most of his career at the Newcastle Innovation Centre (UK), focusing on the development of new technologies for sustainable cleaning products. Recently, Andre spent two years in Brazil leading P&G´s Open Innovation program for Latin America.

In addition to Unilever's executive, Calcagnotto holds the positions of president of ABIPLA (Brazilian Association of Cleaning Products Industries), president of SIPLA (National Union of the Cleaning Products Industries), president of ALIADA (Latin American Association of Cleaning Products Industries), among others. Additionally, since 1989, he teachesat ESPM (Superior School of Advertising and Marketing).

Billy is a Biomedical, Master and Doctor in Neurophysiology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is the coordinating professor of the Master in Consumer Neuroscience of the ESPM. He was elected as the Local Chair of the NMSBA - Neuromarketing Science and Business Association of 2015-2017. He is co-founder and CEO of Forebrain, a pioneer in the use of neuroscience research applied to consumer sciences, serving clients such as Globo, Vivo, O Boticário, Coca Cola, Santander, among others.

Currently occupies a senior position in the global R&D team, with focus in Innovation and Application in Home and Personal Care at Oxiteno, and as a professor of postgraduate in important institutions in Brazil.

Emanuele joined Desmet Ballestra S.p.A. in 2007 as Proposal Engineer, supporting the company sales activities and focusing his efforts in the implementation of cost effective and reliable technological solutions. Starting from 2010 he covered the position of Sales Area Manager for South East Asian market and later for North & Latin America. As of 2017, he is supporting the Sales Director in the sales activities worldwide and in the promotion of the latest Desmet Ballestra technological achievements in the Surfactants and Detergents field.

Specialist in Circular Economics founded Boomera, a company recognized by the World Economic Forum and the Entrepreneur magazine as one of the five Startups that are making America more Sustainable, helping companies such as P&G, Natura, BRF, Braskem, Unilever, Adidas, PepsiCo, Mondelez, VolksWagen, among others, to transform their production way into a more circular model. He was chosen the 2016 Social Entrepreneur by the Brazilian Magazine “Pequenas Empresas Grandes Negócios” and Professional of the Year in 2016 by Embanews.

Gøther Lars Souza Mathisen is Global Marketing Partner in Novozymes Household Care division. He holds a Bachelor in Biology from the University of Copenhagen from, Faculty of Natural Science 2006 and a master in Biology and Biotechnology from University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Life Science, 2009.
He has worked in Novozymes Household Care division since March 2009. He joined the global marketing division in spring 2018. Prior to his current role, he holds multiple positions in Novozymes Household Care including Technical service and business development manager in Japan, Launch Manager in Global Marketing, Industry Technology Specialist in Europe and Research Scientist in China. The pace of innovation and product development has never been faster, every year we are seeing new technologies that can both improve the lives of people across the world and lower the impact on the world caused by human activity. In my current job, I am striving to link new technologies and developments to global needs and concerns across the world, lowering the overall impact of cleaning while delivering better results for the consumers.
When not working, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and kayaking.

Also working in the surfactant industry in companies such as Clariant and Solvay

Karina Milaré

Managing Director of REDS, Karina Milaré holds an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences with a major in Sociology and Anthropology from Unicamp, Brazil, and a Masters in Anthropology of Organizations from that same institution. She has 20 years of experience in Market Research with projects carried out in a wide range of businesses. As Director of Customer Services and later Executive Director at TNS for nine years, she built the FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods section, focusing primarily on Innovation and Branding projects. She enjoys thinking in depth about customer problems and she is never satisfied with the obvious, always seeking a fresh view of difficulties and opportunities, she strives to focus a consultative approach onto projects undertaken by REDS, especially in the FMCG sector in which she has specialized in recent years.
